Kid playing Goku sounds like a fucking moron... although to be fair, Goku *is* a fucking idiot.
However, regardless, the line delivery is some of the *worst* I've ever heard. No doubt the kid who defends this adaptation will be back to whine and bitch and support it without question, just because it's a Dragonball movie.

I don't know if this movie is full of soul but I am pretty sure that some of mine died a little bit just by watching this trailer.
I see the guy playing Goku is using cartoon-like expressions to make up for Goku's naivety. That's an interesting approach. I guess it's easier to do that than, you know, have him know nothing of the outside world.
Also what's up with him flying so he can fire a Ki blast which apparently doesn't do too much damage since Bulma stood right up afterward.
It pains me to know this movie is coming out soon.
And I took your advise about watching the second clip, but now I just don't seem to want to eat anymore.

This was made for pre-schoolers. There's no way around it. How else can you explain something that doesn't even have action on par with Power Rangers?

I finally understand.
This is a sequel to Bullet Proof Monk.
It all makes sense.

Whoa, I didn't know they made a sequel to Double Dragon: The Movie. That Scott Wolf kid hasn't aged a bit since '94.
This looks like it's going to be at least as good as the first one, but they should probably title it "Double Dragon: Ball Z" so there won't be any confusion.

Dammit,Jack Burden stole the words right from my mouth. I was just about to say they should call this Double Dragon Ball:Z. Get out of my head!
The actors all appear confused, like they got bored waiting around on the set, and someone happened to catch it all on film.

Excuse me while I go sob quietly in a corner.
I really don't know how they can possibly expect this to stand up to the much better, more sophisticated looking big budget films out this year. I'm really not sure where any of the money went on this film, it looks like it was made for $15 million in the '90s.

I that was just a Kiai attack. Why did Son Goku need to float up like a slow fart and charge it I don't know? At least he's capturing the high pitched whiny voice of all American shit voice actor Sean Schemmel.
Master Roshi on-other-hand sucks dragon balls. And Bulma? She looks go, but needs to bitch some more and scream like a banshee to annoy the other characters.
This movie will be shitty.

This.... Made me want to fucking kill myself.
I'm dead fucking serious. This is beyond depressing.
As I sit here watching Hollywood rape one of my favorite franchises before my eyes, after stabbing Dragonball right in the face in front of me, I just want to die, myself.

There are some things that cannot be made into a movie correctly, not nessecarily because we don't have the technology but because Hollywood will never want to make the movie like it should have been made. Unforunately Dragonbal/Z/GT is one of these things.

You know why I loved the Watchmen movie, other then it being written with skill and care. It looked and felt like Watchmen. I don't feel like I'm watching Dragon Ball, I feel like I'm watching some really bad kung-fu movie.
