Kid playing Goku sounds like a fucking moron... although to be fair, Goku *is* a fucking idiot.

However, regardless, the line delivery is some of the *worst* I've ever heard. No doubt the kid who defends this adaptation will be back to whine and bitch and support it without question, just because it's a Dragonball movie.

I don't know if this movie is full of soul but I am pretty sure that some of mine died a little bit just by watching this trailer.
I see the guy playing Goku is using cartoon-like expressions to make up for Goku's naivety. That's an interesting approach. I guess it's easier to do that than, you know, have him know nothing of the outside world.
Also what's up with him flying so he can fire a Ki blast which apparently doesn't do too much damage since Bulma stood right up afterward.
It pains me to know this movie is coming out soon.

I really don't know how they can possibly expect this to stand up to the much better, more sophisticated looking big budget films out this year. I'm really not sure where any of the money went on this film, it looks like it was made for $15 million in the '90s.

You know why I loved the Watchmen movie, other then it being written with skill and care. It looked and felt like Watchmen. I don't feel like I'm watching Dragon Ball, I feel like I'm watching some really bad kung-fu movie.

Personally, I loved it. Now I REALLY can't wait for the American Akira.
