I don't know anything about Twilight so maybe someone can explain for me--if this Edward guy is so old and so against killing people or having sex or whatever other weirdo Mormon lessons are trying to be taught here, why is he in High School at all?

Uh, how is BuffyBarbieBot going to "stake" Edwierdo, exactly? From what my sister's passed on to me regarding Twilight it would seem that the vampires therein will laugh off anything under the level of the sort of weapons that a Grey Knights Terminator squad would bring to bear.

Is it just me, or do any other girls think Edward is not hot at all? I mean, I get the whole stay-of-of-the-sunlight (becasue he is a sparkly pansy) thing, but while Angel was crazy sexy, Edward is just creepy.

Thank you, Buffy. Movie Edward is such a creeper! I don't see how his wimpering and awkward stalking tactics can appeal to girls--'cause he just comes off as a serial killer type, not a romeo.

been waiting for a Buffy Twilight mix up match up mostly to see if Buffy would try and stake Edward or Edward would wind up attracted to Buffy ala angel but mostly to see the two things combined for laughs.

I was forced to see Twilight the opening Friday with people from work who love the books and laughed histerically the entire time. It was an uncomfortable Monday monrning.

That was perfect.

That was fucking sweet. Twilight sucks ass. I am soooo glad Buffy staked him at the end. Buffy is hot.

In other news, Buffy is hot.

Aside from all the different pallettes and outfit changes (and Sarah's weight changes) in mid-scene, this was absolutely fucking brilliant editing. I will watch this constantly with joy. And spot on about the characterizations, TR!!

And you think that even though Buffy and her friends are extremely close and would do anything for each other, that just because they're not related by blood, they're not family? How keen of you! Even if you do call Edward "Edweirdo", I'm suspecting you are a closet Twilight fan, the way you keep insisting that a crappy, girly book full of boring characters and no plot along with a huge amount of naivety could actually beat a TV show that actually has flawed, fleshed out characters, many complex plots, and an realistic look at life and love and death. Oh, and the way you claim you want to murder the characters of a show with a wide fan base, including the other people commenting here, just goes to show how respectful and humble you are to people with different opinions that you. God, this is the most realistic display of vampire romance I have ever seen. I hate twilight! I mean, this guy is so obviously gay it hurts! Edward some-thing-or-other is at least over a hundred years old and he never had a girl friend and is virgin still. The guy can only be gay or must have the biggest case of erectile dysfunction that books and movies have ever seen. My point can only be illustrated by the fact that he sparkles like a fairy….LOL!
