• The pic to the right was only used in the preview to bring in the Dorthy Stratton Galaxina crowd. Dorthy Straton the playboy centerfold was killed shortly before Saturn 3's release. Saturn 3 was a decent movie once the action was contained inside the biosphere. While you can't believe harvy K. and Kirk D. were in this movie, Kirk D. was the biggest ham of all time on par with Charlton Heston in any movie he's ever been in you damn dirty ape.

• I triple-dog dare you to watch Saturn 3 now tyler. Then tell me how great it is. I saw it in high school and I still can't get the memory of how awful it was. I still can't believe Kirk Douglas and Harvey Kietel was in this mess. The dialog was fucktacular awesome too, "You have a beautiful body, may I use it?" Laughingstocking sci-fi schlock goddawful...

• I held an impromptu Michael Jackson/Farrah Fawcett Memorial Party in WoW tonight. At it's peak there were about 30 or 40 strangers who stopped to drink and dance with me. I gave away about 160 alcoholic drinks. It was nerdily awesome.

• God, I loved Saturn 3. My dad would take me to the video store and I'd get the vhs of it, over and over and over again.

• She was one of those beauties that you knew you'd never get close to back in the day. I actually saw Saturn 3 in the theatre 'cause she did a "nude" scene which was one boobie and sort of her bum if I recall correctly. The movie was so awful that it should have been on MSTie and torn a new one by Mike and/or Joel and the 'bots. It's really sad, it's like the end of iconic people I thought would never die. And sorry, while Farrah had Hollywood history that kind of damager her character a bit, Michael Jackson? I'm sorry for your family and such, but he died a long time ago with all his bizzaro children slumber 'parties' (where a man in his 40s admitted to sleeping with children-- and I don't mean his sons) and guzzling "Jesus juice" (wine) with them. Uuuuckkkkkkkkk...

• Not to take away from honouring Farrah Fawcett (She deserves it), but I think Michael Jackson should receive similar accolades. Yes, his death is going to be plastered all over....everything, but it's particularly relevant because now the value of the <i>Moonwalker</i> cartridges has probably shot up. So cheers to Farrah Fawcett and her sexy hair, and cheers to Michael Jackson, for his ridiculously inappropriate Sega game, and those few strains of music you can hear his influence on in <i>Sonic 3</i>.

• Actually ,I read that the scene with her in that outfit actually isn't in Saturn 3. It was cut. I haven't seen the movie in years but I certainly don't remember her looking like that.

• Wow...never heard of Saturn 3 but...she got to wear that?? On TV??? In the 70's???? Goddamn....I really missed out growing up in the post-AIDS Reagan 80's. And for what its worth,thanks to re-runs,I TOTALLY had a crush on Farrah when I was a kid.

• Amen to all you said--but Saturn 3 was a movie, not TV show, and she was in the Logan's Run movie with Michael York. She played the Doctors Assistant.

• Fawcett was "Holly" in the Logan's Run Movie but she made a big impact as the TV series version of Jessica looked more like Fawcett than screen Jessica, Jenny Agutter.

• I had one of those Mego Farrah dolls and it was pretty awesome. I may be a guy but I love all Megos and Farrah was perhaps one of my favorites. God Bless Her and I hope she gets the rest she deserves.

• Being born in 1979, I was only able to share a few months of the 1970s with her, but I do know that she was a huge part of what made that time great. And while some may argue she's no different than the eye-candy of today, I like to believe that she had a lot more couth and class than most of them do now. Though time seperates us all, memory shall always be with us.

• Damn she was awesome. I'll be listening to the Vandals "The Day Farrah Fawcett Died" for the rest of the day in tribute to her.

She was just an innocent, 'how could you lord' they cried. The day, that farrah fawcett died. /Come on, somebody had to. I actually really liked the logans run tv show. It was camp far and beyond the movie, but a ton of fun.

• This Lady was a big-part of my mid-70's, and as in the pic she was more than capable of launching a thousand adolescent fantasies. You Youngsters with your Megan Fox's have my pity....feast your eyes upon a real woman. God rest you Farah.

• I've been crying lately because of Farrah and my cousin, who also died of cancer. That's awful. I've been praying for her but I guess it was her time. R.I.P. Farrah Angel
