For little girls who want to fend off pedophiles in adorable style, or grown-ups who want their muggers and rapists to know that their potential victim enjoys cuteness. Actually, this could be a fake -- I don't see Sanrio allowing Hello Kitty's face to be split by a seam like that -- even if it is, I have no doubt the diabolical minds at Sanrio will see this and have them churning out the assembly line before I'm even finished with this sentence. Frankly, this is a Hello Kitty product Japan's been needing for quite a while. (Via Kitty Hell)

It would make mass-transit in Tokyo less pleasurable for a few salarymen, at any rate.

I'm pretty sure this is horribly fake.
Unlike the Hello AR-15.

I would say this is fake except that I have a model that owns the Hello Kitty vibrator. Anything is possible after that. The closest thing we have in America that compares is that Harry Potter broom that vibrates when you ride it.

The taser itself is real. It can be found here: http://www.taser.com/PRODUCTS/CONSUMERS/Pages/C2.aspx
The Hello Kitty logo is fake.

Well, maybe not fake, but definitely added post-production.

Point 1: They have Hello Kitty vibrator eggs (for clitoris stimulation), so why not a taser?
Point 2: This is Japan we're talkign about, so why not?
Point 3: With points 1 and 2, is there even a need for a 3rd point?

The CEO of Taser actually gave a lecture at my school. This was one of the products he showed (minus the kitty) along with things they are coming out with including taser shotgun bullets, taser-like mine fields, and more. He was pitching the idea that taser would be the weapon of the future, with it being able to drop people and not actually harm them. It was very interesting.

I don't think this is fake.
There's a bunch of officially licensed Hello Kitty sex toys and kitchenware in Japan. So I think a Taser isn't much of a stretch to the license.

if you notice the bow is not split by the seam so most likely added to a photo of the taser

Definitely shopped. You can tell if you look at the Hello Kitty logo properly!
