It's gotta be difficult to make one of those.
So, Rob, what do we get if we make a working one...?

I'm halfway through.
Go to www.gbfans.com and search under "For Sale" for great reproduction pieces.
I'm spent.

I can't get to my e-mail or I could send it to you directly but go to GBFans.com/fans/dekaprime. Not only will you see my proton pack but all the pics I took when I invaded Best Buy on the day Ghostbusters the Game came out.
It is made of about 90% recycled material with the other 10 being the proton wanad that I just finished the other night. It's a lot easyer then it looks you just have to have the time.

I saw a site like this for what was billed to be a working lightsaber. The kit only cost 1300 bucks. 1700 for the double saber.

I dunno about the rest of you, but a wel built PPD is hard to come by. Those cheap ones you get off eBay for about $500 don't last more than one blast and that ain't good for anybody!

I'm not here to win the shirt. I already have one (:D). Besides, it'd be cheating. This picture is about three years old. My friends and I all went as Ghostbusters. This was taken at night, so you can't see the Proton Packs too well, but you can kind of see my car, which we decked out like Ecto-1.
The second pic is brighter, but also has Rogue from X-Men in it. I went as Ray.

Can I send in a picture of the one my husband made for his Halloween costume circa 1984? It had little lights and everything, and he won Best Costume at school.
He was a smart little 7-year-old.

I'm the girl on the top right with the meson pack. If I send it to you, will you send it back next Otakon?

So am I way too late or what. This post actually spurred me on and I went down to the wire finishing the costume on the 29th. If you need bigger, pack specific pics I'll add them.
