Since DC's Batman/Superman: Public Enemies DVD movie came out yesterday, according to standard operating procedure, so did a preview for their next animated movie, Crisis on Two Earths. The preview video is up above, but it only contains a smattering of animation and a great many talking heads -- plus, since it's from MTV, it's very likely you'll have to sit through a horrible Music News clip before the preview starts (I did. Bleh). So I took it upon myself to list everything you need to know from the preview.
• It is not based on any particular storyline, but is inspired by several.
• It does indeed feature the Crime Syndicate.
• James Woods is voicing Owlman.
• Billy fucking Baldwin is voicing Batman. Either someone at DC lost a bet, or someone has a terrible sense of humor.
• Chris Noth is voicing Earth-2's Lex Luthor. It's a pretty good match, actually.
• Long-time DC cartoon casting and voice director Andrea Romano believes in aliens.
• Owlman is totally emo. (Via The Blu-ray Blog)
