The Day Job Orchestra -- whoever the hell they are -- decided to redub this clip of Star Trek: The Next Generation based entirely on the actors' mouth movements. As you can see, they got it exactly right, and recreated TNG's dialogue practically word for word. Impressive! (Via Warming Glow)

I can't decide whether that's awesome or disturbing...so I'm gonna go with "both".

Good find--this is pretty funny. It's synched very well with the actors.

DJO seems to have learned Manga Entertainment's first rule of early 1990s anime dubbing: insert curse words to match lipflap.

most of the voices were pretty close to the originals so that made it funnier.

I think it works best when sprinkled liberally with odd foley (the shirt) and off screen dialogue (kill jordy). Another running joke of theirs is to put in at least one - sometimes 2 references to the fossilized rock of Led Zeppelin, Rush or Ozzie.
Their earlier one's were just easy fart-jokes. Now they're solidly in DaDa (instead of mere YouTube Poop).

This actually makes more sense than "Shaka, when the walls fell".

This is not impressive at all. If they were able to make it actually have their own story line or if the sentences made sence, then that would be awesome. Far from awesome, this is stupid.
