I think he didn't do the sword for 2 reason, the whole walking cloud version doesn't have his sword, and 2 I think they may have been conrcerned with the ACEN cosplay rule we have about Costumes extending more than 6 inches from you body.
This person was in the Masquerade even from all the way in the back it looked amazing!
