• (Despite my snarkiness, I really have only admiration for their attempt, and enjoyed the hell out of that video. Except for the blue-haired April. But I suspect they had some kind of rationale for that.)

• They couldn't find a real woman to look with pure disdain at the camera while wearing a blue wig for playing a red-haired cartoon character in a grown-geek fan salute to a 1980s cartoon? I guess? Yes, the original toys as props would have been better in some ways. But I have to respect their creative chutzpah, especially for the Terrordrome. We should probably be glad that they didn't take "Donatello does machines" a little more literally and have Don fellating the machine. (Though he comes close.)

• Shame on them for not using any of the original toys as props.
