You guys seemed to enjoy the Game of Thrones theme song cover I posted earlier this month -- you know, the one with the lyrics added -- so here's that same cover, but with actual production values. Technically, you should like it better, but since you're all bitter, jaded nerds, I'm not taking anything for granted.

I think the music on the HBO series is really very weak, probably the weakest element of the production. Compare the fairly tepid and generic work on GoT with Jeff Beal's drama-enhancing work on Carnivale or Bear McCreary's on Battlestar Galactica and see if you really still feel that way. This is something of an improvement.

I dont know if I like being featured on this site, you guys are so harsh. Do you really have to hate on everything? This took me so long...3 days to record the song and a whole weekend to photoshop the pcitures, make the backgrounds and make the video. Be nice! It breaks my heart when people cant look beyond the small things. So i suck at grammar? Everyone's gotta suck at something! It was after midnight by the time i came to adding the text, I was exhausted.... Be kind :-)
Awesome, and I quite enjoy listening to it. As to the apostrophes... sure, the artist should have known better, but I can't help but notice that's not the only problem with the lyrics. I think she might have been copy-pasting them from a different document, and by accident opened a draft instead of the final version.

It would be a lot more awesome if she knew how to use an apostrophe. Every time "a crown laced in lie's" came up I would cringe, which is not really what you're going for with your otherwise lovely video.
I like the rock version better, but the lyrics are good.
Of course I'm a bitter, jaded nerd. But I'm a bitter, jaded nerd who likes awesome things, especially Game of Thrones things, so I like this a lot. Voice reminds me a bit of Tori Amos for some reason.

Seriously, Rob, the song doesn't even NEED lyrics. It's already THAT powerful! Good production value, though. I dig it!
Well, I like it. It's a bit over produced, I think, but the music is strong enough that it supports the words.
