• My condolences. In addition to the normal arsenal of plastic weaponry, my Grandfather had a full wood shop,  so we had the addition of custom made wooden weaponry. I had most of the early 3 1/2 G.I.Joe weapons made to scale in plywood.

• Other than the Cave Johnson portrait, this room would benefit from reversible sheets: blue on one side, orange on the other. I can't wait for the existential dilemma this kid is going to go through a decade from now.

• I would be more impressed if he went out the door on the left and came back in through the one on the right.

• Fun fact: Vector was named after Vector Prime. Janes Farr is a HUGE Transformers fan. I once had the pleasure of meeting him. Great guy and candidate for father of the decade.

• I have a feeling his toys and what not aren't in the room just so his parent could get a good clean look at the room for the camera.  Any kid that has parents cool enough to make him a Portal themed room probably let him have plenty of awesome toys.

• I imagine his mom peeking in at him at bedtime, whispering "Are you still there?"

• Yeah, they're basically preparing for him to be a superhero.

• Some people try way too hard to make themselves, in this case via their kid, look cool on the internet.  I do like the name Vector Farr though.

• Look at that little nerdling with his awesome room and loving parents. The jerk! ...my parents didn't even bother to paint my bedroom. Somebody please hold me...

• I'll know in about 10 years how well my parenting style works lol I'm a single parent so my kid (either fortunately or unfortunately) gets my rule set 24/7. That being said, he's got a great imagination, and "Zombie attack" is his favorite thing. I'm not sure if it's cute or scary that he sleeps with a cap gun, plastic chainsaw and a juice box under his bed "Just in case dad".

• Ok, the room is awesome, but the most Impressive Act of Nerdery  I see here is naming your son "Vector Farr"

• I'm so jealous of your son. My parents were hippies so I wasn't allowed toy weapons growing up. What I could have done with a lightsaber, plastic knife and fake chainsaw at that age...

• I'm just wondering where his toys are :\ My son is around that age and you can't step 3' in his room without hitting a transformer, a GI Joe or some Zombie slaughtering weapons (light saber, plastic knife, fake chainsaw).... this just looks to... well, adult lol. 

• So... his kid is now living in a testing centre? That's weird.

• We're ignoring the awesome fact that his parents are so hardcore to name him Vector Farr, thereby preequipping him for a career in superheroics. Or villainry.

• Something tells me that at least a few of those decorations might scar this kid for life. <i>Awesomely</i> scar him for life, mind you, & it'll be totally worth it. Seriously, the gel-themed lava lamps alone make me completely envious.

• Smashes his nuts on the bed and immediately blames Glados, cool kid, better parents.
