Morning mateys! You can’t really tell, but I’m actually typing these words with a British accent. Why? Because this fan trailer that gives us a glimpse at what a Guy Ritchie-directed Angry Birds movie would look like has me feeling chip-chip-cheerio, gov’na! Ugh, sorry. Anyway, this comes to us from Philadelphia-based writer/director Nick Murphy and company — the same folks who also brought us the equally inspired John Hughes’ The Legend of Zelda and that Wes Anderson-esque God of War trailer. The only trouble with watching this is that I now wish Ritchie actually made an Angry Birds flick instead of Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows. Sigh.
