Blade Runner: The Watercolor Edition

I’ve seen things you people wouldn’t believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I’ve watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser Gate. I’ve seen the 12-minute opening scenes of Blade Runner, recreated in over 3600 beautiful watercolor paintings — and I’ve learned that the artist making it, Anders Ramsell, will be animating the entire movie in this way. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain — unless it gets put on YouTube or something, in which case pretty much anyone can see it at any time, I guess. (Via Kotaku)
