Yeah, a shot of their version of pussy galore (or some other bond ladies) would have been nice...but pretty cool, nonetheless...
With Skyfall currently making all sorts of bank -- $87.8 million so far! -- it feels appropriate to post this joyous a capella performance of James Bond's signature theme from Nick McKaig and Trudbol. (You can hear similar renditions of everything from the Indiana Jones to the Super Mario Bros. themes over at McKaig's YouTube page). Check the above video out, even if it serves no purpose for you other than keeping Adele's Bond song "Skyfall" from bouncing around your brain for two minutes. That thing is an absolute killer earworm

I don't know which guys is which so I'll just call him Cocky Ghost Guitar Shit Face, CGGSF may be a great singer, but he has got to stop with playing the instrument he is mimicking.
Check out Star Wars theme song a capellas. He has one that sounds great, you just can't watch him.

For the record went to see Skyfall this weekend - way overhyped
It was okay - the first half was really good, and then the writing got stupid lazy
The plot actually did okay until they revealed it was all
*SPOILER*
a stupidly over complicated revenge plot that is thwarted and so gets abandoned for ever simpler revenge plots that also fail and are replaced until it's just trying to kill for revenge. The schemes themselves copied a lot of the Joker's scheme from that movie - where things magically explode because somehow explosives get everywhere they're needed for the plot at all times and things somehow all come together with crackerjack timing with the only excuse given being that the villain is a genius.

@Lithroe first half was great - the second they *SPOILER* stuck the guy in a tuperware prison I was alternately checking my watch and hoping it wouldn't go where it looked like it would go and then rolling my eyes because they went there and checking my watch again

Pretty awesome. But for the best all day you should hear the one that plays in my head every time I do something productive. Okay, so I don't hear it that often. Or sometimes at all. Alright you got me, it's the best I'm going to hear all day. I'm going to get back to my nap now.

Seriously, Adele's Bond song is one of the best to come from the series in a very long time. The whole movie was a throwback to the 60's era Bond.

I actually spent the last five minutes wondering why they had botched the movie so badly and decided it was because *SPOILER* an eminent actress was being written out of the series so she demanded more lines and screen time in order to agree to make the film at all.
