This is Deadly Prey. It is an action movie -- perhaps the world's most action-packed action movie at that. It appears to be a cinematic masterpiece on par with The Room, in that everyone is acting as hard as they can, and no one has any talent whatsoever. It's like the 2001 monolith of bad action movies, except full of punches with horrible foley effects -- once I looked, I don't think I'll ever be able to look away. At least until someone cuts off my arms and then beats me to death with it, at the very least. (Via Gorilla Mask)

But it's a well-known trait of muscle-bound badasses that, upon reaching a certain level of badassitude, you can cut off the blood flow to a severed limb by flexing and screaming. At that point, you can only be killed by an even bigger badass, who must establish badass-dominance by (a) using your own limb to beat you to death and (b) having oiler pecs.

Actually on a more scientific level, they say you're far more likely to bleed to death from an artery that's cut, rather than an artery that's been sliced in two because of the way the muscle wraps around it. Making Kill Bill more unrealistic than most B movies.
As for this movie, I think I had a chance to watch it, but I forget why I didn't. This same dude acts in another movie where he has a chip in his head and takes on a Russian soldier or something.
Seriously though, who writes these movies?

(i.e.. keanu reeves that hasn't shaved for a week.) or if not a shitty actor... an actor that will be portraying some sort of hero already and not be able to nail the part... i can totally see them picking christian bale already. My favorite part was when he knelt down and grabbed the guy by the hair, then the camera panned up while he screamed and scalped the guy, only to pull up a wig that wasn't the same color as the guy's hair.
