Never Mind About that New Dragonball Manga

If you recall the rumors about a new Dragonball manga I posted awhile ago — or, god forbid, you were excited about it — just… just stop. Yes, there will be a new DB manga, called Dragonball SD, but it won’t be written or drawn by Akira Toriyama, it won’t be in any kind of DB continuity, and it’ll be very young kid-oriented — which, when you remember that Dragonball Z was already a kids’ cartoon, is kind of sobering. It’s basically Jim Henson’s Dragonball Babies, but without Jim Henson. Sorry about getting your hopes up. (Via Comics Alliance)
