Shout Factory will be releasing the Dic-produced episodes of the G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero cartoon -- a.k.a. the ones set after the movie -- a.k.a. the ones where Joe is lead by Hawk and Sgt. Slaughter -- a.k.a. the ones where Cobra Commander is in armor -- a.k.a. "the bad ones" (don't blame me, that's according to Wikipedia) -- this January. It'll be released as Series 2, Season 1, and at the moment its $21 for 540 minutes at Amazon, which is less than a buck per episodes. Anyways, if you're thinking that Shout Factory revealed they had the Dic series several months ago, you'd be correct, but I thought it was worth mentioning now that they have a release date. If you're also thinking that I've been gleefully excited to write the above article headline all weekend, you'd also be correct. (Via The TerrorDrome)
