The begining of this fight is taken straight from Star Wars Episode 1 when Obi Wan and Darth Maul fight.

Why does the woman always win in these things? Not that a woman couldn't win, but its like its taboo to see her lose to a man. I'd like to be surprised and see a woman lose sometimes just so it is realistic.
The moves at 00:27-00:32 are straight outta Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace, Obi-Wan vs Darth Maul.
I kinda feel like he's ripping off Patrick Boivin. He's been making cool stop motion animations just like this for several years along with really cool short films.
Of course not. I'm referring to this distinct style of stop motion, which is uniquely his. Guess my use of "kinda" was overlooked. But, he has behind the scenes montages, so he was bound to inspire someone to attempt his technique.
Thanks for misquoting me though.
Now you´ve mentioned it, I thought this was form the same guy. Guess stop motion is bigger in France than here in America (I´m from México, and being part of the continent I´m american too).
I don't want to sound like a hater but I wish people would do this in such a way that the puppets don't look SO much like god damn action figures. You can make a stop motion puppet look so, SO much cooler.
Great action, though, great fluid movement. It looked more natural than I expected - some shots I had to watch more than once, thinking he had edited in greenscreened live action shots.
Makes me want to do a stop motion battle between Gutts and Nosferatu Zodd from the comic Berserk.
Get this guy to team up with the dude who made that Jonny Quest video and you've got the makings of a hit prime-time show!
I don't care about Ninjas in the slightest, even ironically, but this looked great. I had to replay the bit where the guy's head got cut off, because there was some confusion there at first, but I'd love to see more of this kind of stuff.
other then the one ninja coming up a little short killing i liked the video. some one needs to give the guy funds for a full length version.
If the person you're trying to kill knows that you're trying to kill them you've failed as a ninja.Same goes for Denny's franchise owners I guess.Just saying.
I don't think that counts if the person you're trying to kill is a ninja themselves.
Come to think of it, I've always thought that Denny's franchise owners were trying to kill me after I've eaten there. Now I know that they are, in fact, a clan of culinary ninjas. The fiends.
The one guy couldn't have been that great of a Ninja anyway. I'm all about the Atemi (当てみ) setup kick but this guy repeatedly kicked her four times in the chest so obviously he meant to do damage. If your kicks don't at least knock her back a little and are that ineffectual , back up fast, apologize, and then get the hell out of there and rethink your life's career choices.
Leaving work, going home, falling back to sleep. Nothing will top this today, I'd rather just sleep until tomorrow.
