This is bullshit!! In the 90s there were a set of action figure/ model kits that looks ten times better than this!! And the mouths even opened and closed through a lever behind the helmet.
The original Chinese article Tomopop links to says it is expected to cost RMB 310, which works out right now to about $50 US. More pics at toy-people.com, and it also says Polly, Guido, and Bad Bird figurines "coming soon"
now all we need is a new Samurai Pizza Cats cartoon and then I will die a happy man. Unless it sucks
I'm always surprised at how often I bring up this show and no one knows what I'm talking about. If it wasn't for the fact that my brother also remembered it, I would have been convinced it never existed.
Also, this is awesome.

Wait, I used to watch this show when I was in high school. It was on at like 6:30 in the morning or something stupid like that. I remember thinking it was hilarious, until I had taped an episode and watched it while I was actually awake and realizing how awful it was. I don't remember it being on for more than a season.
Was this show more popular than I'm aware of? Only one other person that I know of watched this show. Why, after over 10 years is this coming out now?
$40 is too much? There's a company making a Devastator (Transformers) where the individual figures are $100 each, & those TF nerds are hoarding them like gold ingots. That's like a $700 Transformer.
The last time I paid 40$ for a 5 inch Pizza Cat it came with a happy ending. I expect the same thing here... wait, we are talking about asian massage parlors right?
And no-one thought my Samurai Pizza Cats reboot would be of interest. I demand a retroactive honourable mention!
It's times like these that I hate the fact that my online buying methods are so limited right now. Good thing I still have my friendly neighborhood conventions and comic shops.
As someone who f***ing loved this cartoon in the '90s, I will gladly pay $40 for this figure. In addition, please let the people behind this know that I will also pay top dollar for figures of:
- Polly.- Guido.- The New York Pizza Cats.- The Rescue Team.- A Pizza Cat Restaurant playset, complete with tiny launching cannon to shoot them all out of.- Lucille, complete with homing missiles that shoot out of her hairdo.
...Actually, the last one could be good enough, but make it all happen, dammit!
