This is an audio track of actors Sophie Turner, Isaac Hempstead Wright and Maisie Williams -- better known as Sansa, Bran and Arya Stark -- singing along with the Game of Thrones opening theme from one of the commentary tracks from yesterday's GoT Blu-ray release. It's as awesome as it is adorable, and it's so adorable I'm genuinely afraid my head might explode.

It's a major credit to Sophie Turner that she was able to portray Sansa so well that I absolutely hated the character for the majority of Season One.
I know the actress isn't anything like the character. She seems rather nice and level-headed, actually. But Sansa made my blood boil almost as much as Joffrey did.
So I guess it's my fault for not shielding myself but I guess I should just stop reading the comments of any GoT post because im sure there's always gonna be some a-hole unnecessarily discussing spoilers.
or some asshole who just found out about George RR Martin and went balls deep into a blog and didn't think there would be any spoilers. Hondor dies.
God, do you really need to be such an arse about this? I don't see how you should expect to see explicit spoilers in a post without a spoiler warning, on a non-ASOIAF specific blog, about the theme tune of a TV series that, as of writing, only covers the first book. And I may have only read up to A Storm of Swords, but even I know it's Hodor, not Hondor, so you can get off your high 'I liked ASOIAF before it was cool' horse.
Actually, you're both wrong. It's spelled "Haunter." And it's not a Song of Ice and Fire character, it's a Pokemon. Also...
[SPOILER]
It was a ghost this whole time.
[END SPOILER]
Since I didn't spoil a thing, I just think it's funny you guys are complaining. Hondor is Hodor's brother. You'll meet him in the fourth book. Not being an arse. You both seem angry over this.
Please know that Storm of Swords will blow your mindgrapes when the entire...
Balls deep? you do realize this is a post about children singing the theme song on a DVD commentary track. Not exactly where one would come to find a list of every character who dies. But we get it dude, you're a true hipster. You liked game of thrones before it was cool. You must be great to talk to at parties.
Which episode is this? I haven't had a chance to crack open the dvds yet, but I totally want to check this out when I get home.
I can imagine that becoming annoying "really" quick, but it's cute in small doses.
Though with regards to the Starks, it does make me wonder how the books are going to turn out for the Starks. It's either going to present a "really" depressing and realistic turn of events because the family is now reduced to four children; or turn for the usual in the world of literature because it seems like they could be protected by a ton of deus ex machina, from John Snow possibly hijacking his wolf to escape death; Arya being a ninja; and even onto Sansa and Bran apparently being David-the-Gnome-like nature communers-in-training.
What I meant was this post was about the tv show. Not the books. I think it's a bit much to assume everyone invested in the tv show has read all of the books. And last I checked this wasnt a game of thrones website, it was a nerd blog with a post about commentary tracks on the game of thrones tv show.
It isn't about the books? I think it's all about the books. If I had never read a Harry Potter book and watched only the first movie, I would not be surprised if I went to a Harry Potter website (ughh...it's an analogy) and they were talking about what happened in the last two books.
A lot of people die. You will be more invested in them in the books than in the miniseries. My opinion, and the opinion of everyone who read the books first. You coming in last year is awesome and should open you up to actually reading the novels. It's all about the books.
I am reading the damn books, thank you very much, and I would appreciate them not being spoiled while I'm still in the middle of them. Just because they've been out for years, it doesn't mean everybody who wants to read them already has, you know.
This isn't about the books, it's about the tv show. Which has been on for one season. And is extremely popular. Not everyone wants to read the books before they watch the show. And it's kind of stupid to expect everyone to want to watch a show where there aren't any surprises.
If you're worried about spoilers to books that have been out for years, you're lazy. Read the damn books.
... people who haven't read the books have just had a few plot turns ruined by that post. :(
Well, I haven't read the books. I've only seen the first season of the show, and based on that, most of what was mentioned here has gone straight over my head. Even when I do start reading the books, by the time I actually get to the point of the series that this is referencing, I'm sure I will have forgotten all about this post.
Yep I began cracking up when I watched this last night! So glad I picked up the set at Best Buy 1/2 is a GREAT deal.
F**k Best Buy...pre-ordered GOTS.1 two months ago from there cause I was beguiled by the keychain offer and now it's on back order for a week or more. never again.
I got it for $30 but not with a keychain. I would go in there, talk with them, and demand you get the half-price deal since you SHOULD have had it when the deal was going on.
