I'd've thought he'd have chosen one of his lines with Captain America. Those were way funnier than "Barton's been compromised" and not spoilers. I've seen the film twice and can't wait til it comes out on DVD, I hope they do it soon.
More links from around the web!
Sorry, Rob, I'm already in line to have his babbies. My boyfriend said it's okay.
There goes my best friend fangirling over Tom Hiddleston. She can keep him, Clark Gregg wins in awesomeness.
Tom is pretty cool, but I don't understand all the fangirling over Loki. Do not get.
Tom H. is cool, can't deny that. I think the Loki fangirling is due to a mix of that and the fact that the character has blue eyes and dark hair, and looks evil but also seems to need a hug, so they can say he's not all that evil and just needs to be saved (conclusions I go after hearing my fangirl friend talk).
Clark Gregg Fun Fact: He played a man on who raped old women on the greatest TV series of all time, FX's The Shield. Also, Agent Coulson was possibly the most entertaining aspect of The Avengers, aside from the post-credits spot. Because, HOLY FUCKING SHIT THANOS!!!
Dammit Hasbro! Make a Agent Coulson Avengers action figure now! I would buy at least 6. One to keep as Coulson, one to make into a Coulson dressed as a Cap America fan boy cosplayer, and 4 more just for the suited body in making GI Joe customs.
I'm also in favor of re-shooting the ending of Captain America to include Agent Coulson
Slightly disappointed that he didn't include the "Super-Nanny" line from Iron Man 2, but man is he fun to watch regardless.
Son of Coul has been immortalized as a heroclix: http://heroclix.com/heroclix/j...
Just so you know Rob, baldness is passed on as a matrilineal trait so keep that in mind as you prepare for gestation.
No Fucking Kidding. I thought the exact same thing when all the LMD suspicions were thrown around,, and the fact that he's signed for 4 more films.
Coulson becomes the Vision. My gods, that would be the greatest thing imaginable...
... and on the seventh day, velocirapture rested.
Truly, Clark Gregg is strangely alluring. I used to think it was just Coulson, but that's clearly a function of Clark Gregg's awesomeness.
Agreed, having watched the above video. Clark Gregg is on my list.
Pretty sure he's on my fiancee`s list as well. We'll have to flip a coin for who gets him first.
This just shows what a great idea it was on Joss Whedon's part to remove the character.
I like to pretend that Agent Coulson and The New Adventures of Old Christine are in the same canon.
He is deep undercover trying to stop the chick from Seinfeld's obviously Hydra-related schemes.
I know he couldn't show it as its massively spoilery, but I LOVE the quip he makes when he shoots Loki with that big-ass gun. "Oh, so that's what that does." AWESOME. And really should have been his last words. I just finished watching Thor last night with Rifftrax (only way that movie is tolerable, sorry Thor fans) and my favorite line is:(Jane and Thor talking around the campfire) "Soo what do you think of sand, my last boyfriend was really preoccupied with it." Thanks Rifftrax!
"Baddest motherfucking super-hero movie of all time"?
Except 'perhaps' for The Dark Knight and Superman: the Movie, fuck and yeah!
I would say your argument is valid, but debatable. It's a close call
Also, the three movies are so different in tone, it's hard to judge. The Avengers is the "fun ride" approach, Dark Knight is the "dark, grim hero" approach, and Superman: the Movie is the "classical mythological" approach.
Also also, Spiderman 2 is a close 4th place
I remember Clark Gregg recounting his reaction to being asked if he wanted to be in The Avengers at last year's SDCC. I believe his response was "YES! YES! BY ODIN'S FUCKING BEARD, YES!".Moral of the story, Clark Gregg is awesome.
I think I speak for all of us when I say Clark Gregg is undoubtedly humanity's greatest accomplishment.
I don't know, they left it pretty open, I think he might still be alive, like, who told Fury he kept his cards in his locker?
Or that he even had the cards at all. Let's face it, Fury is a lying bastard who will say anything to make people do what he wants. We never saw a body.
get coulson, maria hill, henry gyrich , sharon carter and someone else and make a mission: impossible style shield movie. I know gyrich was in x-men, and killed to boot, but i don't get why he's part of the x-men universe when he premiered in avengers (comics).
