Is there a size difference between LEGO hobbits/dwarves and the other LEGO people?

I'm gonna guess that being a ranger with impeccable eyesight, Aragorn totally realized they were awfully short for ringwraiths and set them on fire anyway.
once again love the work of the videos plus merry and pippin now learned the hard way about playing some jokes. burned and then a shadow wraith got them.
