I'm hoping thatthis is just a scene where she's incognito as a civillian & will have green hair when she's in full villainess mode. There's an outside chance that Silver Samurai may actually look like Silver Samurai in this movie: http://www.comicbookmovie.com/fansites/nailbiter111/news/?a=68506
Hrm at first I thought she was casually strolling around. But maybe she's getting a CGI costume or it's early in the character phase.
Definitely looks like the camera in the background is focusing on her phone screen so I'd say she's in full kit, but she might just be shopping for bacon and eggs as opposed to trying to rule the world, or whatever it is Viper wants to do.
She does have a green phone and green gloves so maybe there's more to this story than one measly picture would have you believe.
The green hair is a trait of Madame Hydra. There have been 3 Vipers in the Marvel comic universe, and Madame Hydra was only the 2nd (and most famous). Since Madame Hydra's rights reside with Marvel Studios (along with Baron Strucker and Baron Zemo) they probably invented a new Viper that excises the HYDRA backstory.
Don't want to toss too much false hope out there-- but they might be filming with a green-screen, which could be problematic if her hair was green.
Well, the way her hair is up and the has a cell phone in her hand, she's probably not being filmed and was wig-less when this photo was taken. Hopefully.

Yup. All hope for anything with wolverine officially dead. Between Marvel's over use of the character and now the movies. Dead. Dead. Dead.
guess the execs in charge of the film decided that dying her hair green would look ugly on screen so just let her be blonde unless she is taking a break in that picture. after all hollywood does have to make some changes to things like comic books to make the films work.

@demoncat_4 They're probably just still afraid of explicit greenness in a superhero adaptation, a la "Green Lantern."
@Ranchoth no doubt since green latern did not do avengers number though green proably to the execs would look bad on film which proably means no future appearance by polaris also

Maybe she'll go swimming at some point in the movie and the chlorine will turn her green. Thus creating Viper.

Yeah - looks "Dying her hair will cost too much money." level cheap. Costume looks off the rack "We found stuff that kinda looks like her outfit." cheap. I hold out no hope that it was a save all the money to make a really great story and more like "Hugh Jackman wants how much? Guess we'll have to do this movie on the cheap."
