Only the Star Wars Theme Gets Awesome Nerd Baby to Stop Crying

Star Wars didn’t exist when I was born…had it done so, I’m not sure I would have been given the same first name as the original movie’s hero. The phenomenon began when I was three, just old enough to be conscious of things, and paralleling my personal growth with that of the modern action figure as we know it.

It’s fair to say it soothed me as a child – in the days before we owned videos, I’d regularly go back to see it in theatrical reruns – but today I’ve seen a kid who’s got me beat: a baby who stops crying only when he hears the Star Wars theme.

Watch after the jump, and let’s look in on this kid in, say, two decades – if he grows up to say George Lucas did something mean to his childhood, we can proudly win the argument with proof to the contrary. Unless George does something bad in the interim.
