I don't know why I keep thinking to myself that someday Japan will run out of things that will amaze me with their weirdness. I can't help but imagine at some point they will no longer be able to surprise me, they will have crossed a weird event horizon.

It's things like this that proves no matter how bizarre Japan gets, they will always one up themselves.

I've watched this trailer three times now. I read Apocalypse Meow a few years back and it was awesome. Cats are so totally Viet Cong. If this series doesn't get made I will burn down Japan.

Maybe I'm disturbed, because I don't find it bizarre at all. I think it's a pretty effective way of depicting war as the chaos I imagine it is. Things you love are gonna die.
