I heard about this a few weeks ago, but my wonderful brain immediately repressed it -- alas, now there's art, and indeed, the Punisher is taking on Eminem in an official Marvel joint. It's a two-part comic, the first part of which is in XXL magazine, the second of which is available free online at Marvel; and despite my article title, it appears the comic is more of a Punisher/Eminem team-up as opposed to the Punisher hunting down the rapper (sorry, Juggalos, wherever the fuck you are).
This is all very insane, but if somehow it ends up producing The Punisher and Eminem Vs. Archie, I will forgive everyone involved. (Via Robot6)
