Not gonna lie -- watching Abraham Lincoln fight a vampire John Wilkes Booth is going to be hard to top to today, or even the rest of the week. It's a trailer for Pride & Prejudice & Zombies author Seth Grahame-Smith's new book Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, and regardless of how the book is (I have high hopes personally), the trailer is simple but outstanding. This Abe is getting ranked right along my favorite Lincolns, including Evil Lincoln from Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Space Lincoln from Star Trek, and Logs. (Via Robot 6)

Don't forget Mr. Show's Mustardayonnaise Lincoln. He's at the top of my list of favourite Lincolns.

Speaking of Mr. Lincoln and Mr. Show, there was also a sketch were they had the President deliver the great line - "My father put a finger up my butt and thats why I am on your penny"

OK. Now he's just getting cheesy and needs to stop with the whole "mixing historical figures/classic novels with monsters" motif. It's already old. Move on. Write something original.

I can already predict what this will be: Every bad thing that happened to Lincoln will be credited to vampires somehow. Yawn.

I always thought of old Abe as more of a zombie hunter.
