• It airs at 1:30 a.m. While I'm sure that some time, for some reason, some station has shown Ultraman at 1:30 a.m., it's kinda misleading (read: insanely misleading) to phrase it like it shows during a conventional kid's show time slot.

• Personally, I think adding a character like this would only have improved Heroes. She'd be the most tasteful thing to happen to it in recent memory.

• Halbred, I once read a theory that the reason Asian cinema is so batshit insane compared to Western (that is, North American and European) cinema is that Asian cinema is descended from bloody, over-the-top Kabuki theater, whereas Western cinema is descended from Shakespeare and other more subdued theater works. I suspect the cultural differences go deeper than that, but it's the best theory I've heard so far.
