Oh my god. Do you remember the announcement of the Axe Cop cartoon? the one that's supposed to be part of Fox's upcoming Saturday animation block? The one that's supposed to compete with Adult Swim and will begin sometime next summer? Well, Fox just released this Halloween-themed Axe Cop short, and...
...Axe Cop is voice by Nick fucking Offerman. Ran Swanson from Parks and Rec. I don't know if this is just a "pilot," or if Offerman will still be voicing Axe Cop when it starts airing regularly, but this is the best goddamn casting since Robert Downey Jr. was hired to be Tony Stark. Seriously, I'm going to need to start a "Thing That Are Perfect" tag just for this. (Via MTV Geek)

Fox makes some really strange decisions when it comes to animation. They want to have another Simpsons so badly, they are willing to greenlight almost anything.
I don't really have anything to contribute to this. I've been watching the US version of The Office via Netflix Streaming over breakfast. Let me just say this: that Pam is cute. She reminds me of a young Maura Tierney on Newsradio and brother, that ain't bad.
