BBC Might Be Firing Up the Red Dwarf
Fans of Red Dwarf, today is very possibly your lucky day, as Wired reports that someone told them that they heard someone say something about hearing about a new special of the cult-favorite, British sci-fi comedy on some radio show somewhere. You can’t get more definite than that! Sez Wired:
Meanwhile, eyewitness reports say Robert Llewellyn [who played Kryton]told a Seattle PBS audience that the BBC would produce a Red Dwarf special in October — perhaps for a Christmas broadcast. Fans and TV reporters will be searching for confirmation frantically until an official announcement arrives.
If this is true, yay. If not, I’ve taunted all of you cruelly and mercilessly. I win either way!
