The manga is titled?and I swear I’m not making this up?Miracle Pantsu, published in Magazine Z by Kodansha (this is actually from 2002, so god only knows if it’s still running). If you head over to Sporadic Sequential, you can see the continuation of the story, where the bad guy steals the panties from our heroine, and places them on his head to wield their unholy power for himself. Luckily, the girl has a back-up pair of underwear?her brother’s?and using it to defeat the bad guy.
You know, many times I don’t think Japan gets enough grief.
