The New Season of 24 Is?Wait a Second, Those Are Toys? Seriously?
Holy hell. I honestly thought this was a 24 ad until I looked closely and realized that indeed, both Keifer Sutherland and Dennis Haysbert were in fact freakin’ toys. These are 1/6th-scale figures from Enterbay, a new company to me, and seriously, look at the facial pores on these guys! It’s insane. Sez Toys R Evil:
Sculpted and Paint Art directed by new-Enterbay artist, Korean Y.J. PARK (who sculpted their Jay Chou figure) – both Bauer and Palmer have a SRP of US$150-per, with Palmer limited to 1500-pcs worldwide (undetermined quantities for Bauer). Scheduled for a November 2008-release, this will be Enterbay’s first American based character in 1:6 scale.
I don’t watch 24, but I’m seriously considering a Dennis Haysbert as President David Palmer figure, I don’t have Allstate insurance either, but I find Haysbert very comforting in those commercials.
