The U.S. Final Fantasy Dissidia Trailer Is Embarrassing, Awesome
Notice I didn’t say “embarrassingly awesome.” Frankly, even though I am required by law and a severe mental unbalance to find anything labeled Final Fantasy awesome, even I had to cringe a bit at the cliched groups running at each other and the least original good vs. evil storyline in the history of media introduced in the trailer. Sadly, this isn’t enough to prevent me from having to purchase the game — not having a PSP might, although not 100% — but I admit, the real problem is that I’m just not sure what to fight for. I mean, Squall wants to shoot his girlfriend’s corpse into space. How am I supposed to compare with that?
