? Transformers 25th Anniversary Matrix of Leadership Edition: The Complete Series
What, did you think I was going to lead-off with Transformers: ROTFL just because it’s the best-selling DVD on Amazon? Oh no no no no. Especially not when the massive 16-DVD complete series from Shout Factory comes out today with all 98 episodes for only $155. Now’s your chance if you weren’t able to pick it up at SDCC.

? Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen
I believe I’ve said all I need to say about this film.

? Waterworld
Kevin Costner drinking his own urine in high-def Blu-ray? SIGN ME UP!

? Blood: The Last Vampire
Sure, no one liked or cared about this anime adaptation, but you have to admit none of the vampires in it sparkled.

? Black Adder Remastered
All four Black Adder series, plus the Christmas special, plus a DVD of extras, for $55. Not bad. If Black Adder Goes Fourth didn’t depress me so much, I’d buy it in a heartbeat.

? Plastic Man: The Complete Collection
All 35 episodes, finally available. I’ve never seen these, but I’m terrified of the stories of “Baby Plas,” but utterly intrigued by the evil “Disco Mummy.” Advice?

? The Tournament
What? A movie about Robert Carlyle getting caught up in a ridiculous assassin’s tournament went straight to DVD? Shocked! Shocked, I am! Why, my monocle popped right off!

? Escaflowne: The Movie
I’m not a fan, but I know some folks have been waiting for this on Blu-ray forever, so there ya go.

? Saber Rider and the Star Sherrifs
One of those anime series ruthlessly adapted for American TV a la Robotech, this is a space-western with giant robots. I have absolutely zero recollection of it. But here’s the complete series for $25
