The Death of the Power Rangers Is Somewhat Exaggerated

I don’t want to get your hopes up, Power Rangers fans — it looks like the TV series is still dead in America. But Bandai, shillers of Power Rangers toys for nearly two decades, has decided to relaunch the toy line with all-new figures of the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, meaning — holy shit it’s time for Power Rangers nostalgia which means I am exceedingly old. Bandai hasn’t said what will be in the line, but it will include the Blu and Pink Rangers above, which appear to better sculpts and articulation than their previously Mighty Morphin counterparts. Now the question is if that nostalgia will be enough to make the toyline a success, which could possibly lead to the TV series coming back on American TV, or if it’ll tank.
