Devil Still Has No Idea Whether He’s Going to Cry or Not
The Tokyo Game Show is currently going on in, er, Tokyo right now, so expect a bit heavier videogame coverage than normal. Among the few surprises seems to be a Devil May Cry prequel for the PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii, deceptively titled Devil May Cry. Dante has a decent haircut and doesn’t seem to be quite so ridiculous, but the Devil May Cry series is one of the many, many videogame franchise that I just hideously suck at no matter how much I play, and besides I think Bayonetta set the bar for stylish action games anyways — maybe not the gameplay so much as the “stylish” aspect. If Dante’s hair isn’t going to punch god across the solar system into the sun, I don’t know why I should bother.
