“Ninjas. Damn.”
You know how Jon Favreau is making that Cowboy Vs. Aliens movie? This isn’t it. This is The Warrior’s Way, although the better, more accurate title would be Cowboy Vs. Ninjas, because that’s what it is. The whole thing looks and sounds like it should be a straight-to-DVD, guilty-pleasure-at-best stinker, but it managed to get Kate Bosworth and Geoffrey Rush (who delivers the aforementioned “Ninjas. Damn.” line) to star. I don’t know that’s there’s any way in hell this can be a good movie, but goddamn if it doesn’t look like a massively entertaining movie. Hell, if it’s 90 minutes of ninjas popping out of shit, I’ll be satisfied. Thanks to Kuma42 for the tip.
