Some Japanese gearhead decided to make a Batman-inspired custom van. I can’t decide if he actually read any of the Batman comic, or saw any of the movies, or just had them described to him someone, possibly Babelfish. The Joker would look at this thing and think it was too gaudy. Hell, Prince would think it was too gaudy. Joel Schumacher… enh,. Schumacher would’ve probably put it in Batman and Robin.
