Count Dooku, Galactic Badass
The second half of the third season of Clone Wars debuts tonight on Cartoon Network with the beginning of the three-episode “Savage Opress” storyline, which as you may recall, I liked quite a bit. One of the biggest reasons is because of the scene in which Count Dooku, drugged and with a single lightsaber, still manages to hand Asajj Ventress and two trained assassins — who are also fucking invisible — their asses all at the same time (unfortunately, this is only a short clip of the whole fight, but still). I don’t know if this scene will be in tonight’s episode or next Friday’s, but I do know if you’re like me an gave up on Clone Wars after that first movie or in season one, tonight’s a good night to give it another chance.
