Polish People Are Really, Really Into Black Widow for Some Reason
The Polish trailer for Avengers is out, and like many international trailers, it contains a great deal of new footage. Unlike most other international trailers, however, this Polish trailer’s new footage is almost entirely of Black Widow. I’m not sure why: Maybe because Black Widow is technically Russian and that’s as close enough to a hometown hero for Poland? Is Marvel trying to market her as a hometown hero? Or do the Polish just enjoy ogling Scarlet Johansson’s leather catsuit-clad body? Because I don’t begrudge them that. (Via io9)
