Arrow Is Pretty Much Batman with Arrows
Watch this new trailer for The CW’s Arrow and tell me that the CW didn’t want a Batman TV series, only to be turned down by DC/Warner Bros. because 1) they want to keep Batman a movie franchise and 2) they’re idiots. Take away the arrows, and we’re looking at Batman here., complete with every fight scene filmed in shadow. I’m not complaining, I still think Arrow looks pretty good. I’m just hoping we’re going to get this scene in the first episode:
