Did you love Max Headroom creators Rocky Morton and Annabel Jankel’s oddball filmed take on the game franchise as much as I did? Were you as frustrated as I was back in the day that it ended with a sequel tease, knowing that the movie was just too weird to ever merit that actual sequel?
As they so often do, comics are coming to the rescue. I hope they get the likeness rights to cast Danny DeVito as Wario.
This news comes courtesy of the 20th anniversary of the much-maligned movie, now finally becoming the cult fave it should always have been.
