Loving This Spoof – “Iron Man: A Film by Mark Wahlberg”

When Andy Samberg first impersonated Mark Wahlberg, it was a revelation. Nobody had really done him before – at least not since his Funky Bunch days – and it suddenly made all manner of Marky trademarks visible, and hilarious in subsequent performances.

Now, everybody does him, but Dave Ebert has taken it to the next level in this mash-up of Iron Man and The Fighter. Inspired by the casting of Ben Affleck as Batman, he clearly imagined what would happen if all superheroes from here on out were from Boston.

It certainly gave me good vibrations…
