The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Game Trailer Wishes it Were Batman Begins

Also, with this and the new 3-3/4 toys I just saw at Target, it seems pretty clear that Jamie Foxx did not sign off on the use of his likeness for anything. I’m amazed he can get away with that in this day and age, but there you go. Wanna bet Marvel/Disney would have just said “kthxbai” upon hearing that?

The focus of the game, however, seems to be Kraven…as a mentor to Spider-Man, teaching him how to hunt. A dubious, Ra’s al Ghul style mentor in the end, no doubt.

It’s hard to read too much into these movie games – the last one had Rhino as an actual man-beast hybrid, and not the Megazord he is evidently becoming onscreen. On the plus side, those viral Clone Saga hints may be equally irrelevant.
