Lego and the British Red Cross Let You “Choose Your Own Disaster”

Everything may have been awesome for Emmet in The Lego Movie, but every choice is catastrophic in Disaster Island – a branching YouTube adventure in animated Lego by the British Red Cross, that both boosts their image and gives you some indication of what not to do should you experience a natural disaster.

The Kragle is small potatoes compared to earthquakes and typhoons, but at least you don’t have to wait for that self-centered Batman in these videos. Your local knowledge eventually comes into play, even if you were too stupid to avoid the disaster they never warned you about to begin with. Maybe if the minifigs in these spoke English instead of a made-up language, it could all have been avoided. Think about that next time, Lego Red Cross.
