This is what happens when Bandai gets Star Wars rights – they alter Darth in the bargain. Pray that they alter him further.
Though I’m reading conflicting reports as to whether this is a statue, figure, or both (primary sources are all in Japanese), those distinctly look like points of articulation at the elbows to me. Figures.com has more info, and a look at the 6″ scale movie Vader and Stormtroopers.
