The great thing about Rainbow Man is that it absolutely could have been pitched by Stan Lee decades ago. A regular Joe bitten by a Leprechaun gets rainbow powers? Sure, why not?
I suspect a feature-length version, even with this level of special effects, would do well. I even anticipate it might make a connection with lovers, dreamers and me.
