It’s going to star her, anyway, along with onscreen on-again, off-again ex Lance Hunter. I suppose it’s possible the show will focus on the “real SHIELD” led by Edward James Olmos, but focusing on a character who already has her own comic-book lore makes sense, even if it’s mostly from comics not bearing her own name…and a key defining characteristic (her relationship with Hawkeye) quite clearly ain’t gonna happen.
Though it’ll certainly be interesting if they try to bring in her ol’ pal Ka-Zar.
