“Hetfield” Comics Turn Metallica Frontman Into Lasagna-Loving Cat
![]() |
Oh Hetfield, let my heart go.
The hero of my day is whoever decided to turn Garfield and Jon into James and Lars for an online comic strip, particularly because they chose to mock James’ goofy blond beard (seriously – the handlebar ‘stache is all that is, ever, ever was, will be, ever for Hetfield facial hair. And yeah, nothing else matters).
If you hate Mondays, but love knowing mockery of Metallica, take that pain of yours over to the Hetfield the Cat Tumblr . It’s like sweet amber for the soul.
The humor may not kill ’em all, but compared to the forgettable jokes in the real Garfield, the memory remains.
