New Jungle Book Trailer Proves the Term “Live-Action” Is Relative
Pretty much everything besides the lead actor appears to be CGI in this remake of the 2D animated film, making it scarcely less of a cartoon, and more akin to something like Disney’s Dinosaur (a sadly underrated movie that Pixar looks to be doing a lesser version of now).
Also, did they gender-swap Kaa the python just so people wouldn’t talk about him/her being a giant penis? Looking at the still above I’m not sure that’s going to work.
Also also…LO-fucking-L at Disney being described in the trailer not by name, but as “the studio that brought you Pirates of the Caribbean.” Can’t wait for when a Star Wars trailer does that.
